Kiini Sustainable Initiative (KISI) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) operating and located in Nyeri town, its a merger of youth groups with ideas of solving problems facing community including unemployment, HIV/AIDS stigmatization, value addition of locally produced goods, and gender inequity.

VISION
To empower the community to be able to implement their own sustainable initiatives through revealing, mobilizing and utilizing of the hidden resources in order to meet their social development challenges

To work aggressively towards the elimination of gender violence, stigmatization of HIV/Aids infected and affected orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC) and poverty eradication by reaching the poor and the very poor with a range of financial services to enable them to realize their potential
