The organization facilitates and conducts health education through plenary sessions in the community to advocate for prevention, counseling services, care and support of the infected / affected. Our training sessions assist in; positive living and HIV/AIDS control and management in order to avoid stigmatization of the infected and affected.

The Organization has identified groups of people living with HIV/AIDS within the area of operation. Through its coordinator Mr. Simon Muriithi the Organization has taken the initiative in advocating for behavioral change and behavior formation among couples and youth respectively. Also, KISI undertakes family life support to enhance self esteem.

“AIDS threatens more than the capability of a household to function as an economic unit, the entire
social fabric of the family is potentially disrupted or dissolved.”
