KISI helps the community especially the youth groups in utilizing the inexhaustible wetlands for income generating activities such as; fish farming, beekeeping, tree nurseries, eco-tourism etc

These activities are aimed in helping ecological conservation to avoid degradation of the wetlands which serve as source of water for domestic and agricultural purposes and source of micro-hydroelectricity.

VISION

To empower the community to be able to implement their own sustainable initiatives through revealing, mobilizing and utilizing of the hidden resources in order to meet their social development challenges.

MISSION

To work aggressively towards the elimination of gender violence, poverty eradication and address HIV/AIDS matters by reaching the underprivileged and the marginalized with a range of financial services to enable them to realize their full potential.
